N.S.W. MINERS
THE RESUMPTION,

SYDNEY, May 23
The New South Wales Premier, Mr T. Bavin, stated to-day that the coal miners had agreed to return to work on substantially the same terms as those that were rejected oh November 29th.
The State Cabinet will consider the miners’ request for the release of the imprisoned rioters, ns the Government is anxious for a speedy resumption of work.
