RETURNING FROM CARE TOWN

The Duchess of Bedford, who left Cape Town on Monday on her return flight to England, arrived at Khartoum yesterday afternoon. She left ivnartouin at 6.13 o’clock this morning for Assuit, or possibly Cairo. The Duchess hopes that the return flight to England will beat the record that she established on her outward journey, when in 9f days she flew 9250 miles to Capetown.
FORCED LANDING
(Received this day at 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, April 29
The Duchess of Bedford, on her re turn flight from South Africa, was forced down at Dragoman on the Bulgar arian frontier owing to a broken oi pipe. She is expected to resume tomorrow.
INJURED AIRMEN
PARIS, April 29
Airmen Marchesseau and Bourgeois were found injured. Aeroplanes are bringing the trio to Gao.
’PLANE CRASHES
LONDON, April 29
An Air Force ’plane crashed at Hornchurch, the pilot landing by parachute, unharmed.
