DOMINIONS CONFERENCE.
WELLINGTON, April 21. The fourth conference of the Toe H. Alovement was held in Wellington during Easter; and twenty-four delegates representing Auckland, Hasting, Wanganui,. Nels.qn_ and Christchurch were present.
It was decided that Wellington should be the headquarters for the ensuing year, and a Dominion Council was established. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President S{r A. H.. Russell; vice-presidents, Sir R. Heaton Rhpdas, Sir A. Roberts, the Archbishop of New Zealand: honorary administrative padre. Padre 0. W. Williams ; honorary Dominion registrar and treasurer, Mr ,R. Kobn ; honorary Dominion secretary, Mr S. M. Y<-m----mans; hounrarv Dominion auditor, Mr ' E. A. Feist; Dominion Council Messrs S. -T. Fa’-ri‘son (chairman), G. Y. Silver and C‘. Clarke.
