Colliery proprietors entirely disagree null tlie Coal Lbminnsi.m's recommendation for tile appointment of a Board of three to control the coal industry, (cabled on Monday). They claim it would involve the creation of a lingo bureaucracy, saddling the industry with an ononnous annual cost. Moreover, artificial regulation and infcorforoneo would accentuate the present difficulties.
Minor’s representatives and union officials generally state the Commission’s recommendation f. r licensing employees would not be tolerated for a moment.
The Premier informed Parliament that the C.mimission’s report would in due course be debated in Die Assembly.
