Mr Lang, Leader of the Labour Opposition in the Assembly, has given notice of his intention to move a motion of censure owing to the Government’s contemplated action in permitting the transfer of Neville Harris to an afforestation camp, before onethird of his prison sentence for on abominable offence has been served. Harris and another convict i amed Brauner received long sentences a l'eiv years ago for an outrage on a girl at •Bondi, which crime stirred the country. '
