VIENNA, March 17. A triple murder, unprecedented in the history of crime, came before the oourt at Korneuburg. A young far mar, Franz Neumayar, is accused of killing his brother, and also two cyclists, both strangers, on August 3, 1929, by stretching a wire across a road connected- with an oi'erhead power cable, which ivas capable of discharging a current, of 25,000 A r olts into anyone passing.
