. The diamond lawsuit has beien settled after eleven days hearing.. One plaintiff, Victor Coen, . underwent nine days uncompleted cross-examin-ation. It was merely stated to-day that ‘.plaintiffs had withdrawn the charges of fraud and conspiracy, but Coen later said the plaintiff Coy will receive £32/5,000' sterling 'and costs amounting to £25,000. LONDON, March 17.

Coen is the managing director ,of the plaintiff company. He answered 6389 questions while in the box. Two years were occupied in preparation of the suit. The costs have already totalled £65,000*
