LONDON, March 5
The annual report of the British Wool Research Association says it- is within a reason a I distance of obtaining a- satisiactorv sheep-marking fluid, which is preferable to the insoluble brands at present used.
DEATH SENTENCE
LONDON, March 5
“I am in touch with many reprieved murderers. They are splendid fellows. Some are married and have happy families,” said Rev. W. Cottrell (Chaplain of Worm word Scrubs Prison) giving evidence, to the Select Committee on capital punishment, Cottrell witnessed fifteen executions, and favoured a retention of the death sentence.
