The golfer, Kirkwood, who is lamenting his detention in quarantine while Hagen is given his freedom, has again sent a complaint to the press declaring he is disgusted with the bathing and toilet arrangements, being compelled to use the same facilities as Chinamen, Indians and Fijians.
