PR IVILEG ES CUR TAILED. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, Feb. 26. Tlie State Government intends to bring down legislature curtailing the privileges of Justices of the Peace, including the provision that no honorary Magistrates shall sit on tin Bench, when police’ Magistrates are available. The matter has been under review for some time but recent happenings in the northern coalfields was responsible' for the decision to deal with the matter immediately.
