The- Prime Minister made available for publication to-day the lollowng communion* ion received yesterday from the. Administrator ol Western Suinoa: —“In perusing the papers coming from New Zealand by the mail to-day, I note that nearly all of them emphasise the absence of news from Same.i. and blame the censorship regulations. The impression that .1 a'* l preventing- news being sent to the papers is quiie erroneous. Since the riot of the 2Rlli December last. I have refused transm-ssion of one radio message only, and every other message lias been transmitted without any portion being excised or any interference, or delay whatever, whether it-s contents were true or not. Any absence of news other than office nm.ttci i s therefore the fault of the newspapers thomsoives or their correspondents. (Signed'), S. S. Allen, Administrator.”
