WELLINGTON, Feb. 14
A bonus of £IO,OOO is offered hv the Government for the commercial and practical method of effecting major improvements in connection with the preparation and manufacturing of New Zealand hemp. Each applicant must give, at his own expense, demonstrations of the working of his own machine or process as shall be demanded by the committee appointed for the purpose, and such demonstrations shall take place within the Dominion,
