The western portion of Upolu is now clear of the Mail', according to advice the Prime Minister lias received from tlie Administrator of Western Samoa. The Prime Minister states the verdict of. the inquest oil the fatalities of Dec. 28th. is expeced to-morrow. Arrangements are to be made to publish it throughout New Zealand with as full details as possible.
