MR DAVY’S MOVE. (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Jam. 27. Application was not made to the Supreme Court on Saturday by A. E. Davy for an injunction restraining the executive of the United Political Part from terminating his services as Chairman. It is, understood, however, that action on lines indicated by Mr Davy, following Friday night’s meet■ng, will be takeiv.during the current week. '
