Professor Teson, of the Leyden Uuir versity. will be shortly assisting. in a rain-making experiment by throwing two tons of pulverised ice from an aeroplane upon clouds. Prefersor Teson expects that 4,500 pounds of ice will create 45,000 pounds of rain.
