BIG MAIL THEFT
FROM EAST INDIAN STEAMER. (United Press Association—By Electru Telegraph—Copyright). SINGAPORE,’ Jan. 15. On the arrival of the Dutch steamer “Van del* Paria” at Djambi, from Singapore to-day, it was discovered that a mail bag had been cut open and fifty thousand guilders, consigned to the Djambi Branch of the Chinese Bank had been stolen.
