PARLIAMENT OPENS.

In brilliant weather the booming of guns, and a crowded Chamber full of Oriental colour, King Fuad opened the restored Egyptian Parliament. Nahas Pasha read the Speech from the Throne. The greatest applause, greeted a reference to Anglo-Egyptian relat ions, wherein the , friendly spirit of the British Government was tri'buted The proposal would gladly be submitted to the House, and the hope was expressed of an honourable agreement being reached.
