THE HAGUE, Jan. 11.
Mr Snowden, speaking at the journalists’ luncheon to the peace delegates, paid a tribute to the mutual friendly relations. He afterwards said lie hoped all the outstanding questions would be decided by the Six Powers on 13th'. January, when he believed the full Commission would he able to report a settlement on the German Repartions Question.
A PEACE GESTURE,

A plan originally intended for German ex-combatants on the battlefields 01 Verdun and Chemin des Dames, negotiations are afoot with French exServicemen’s League, aided by sympathetic Parliamentarians, the idea being a peace gesture to the world.
