The revolt against the Congress order to boycott the Indian Legislatures is growing. In addition to Madras, where the leaders openly declared their dislike of the boycott, Western India, which led and carried similar revolts before, is to resist all attempts at boycott. There apo seems, among the Nationalist leaders of Western. India, a. move to swing over, accepting a round table conference.
SYDNEY WOOL SALES. SYDNEY. Jan. 7. At the wool sales to-day, 10,300 bales were sold. There was a very strong Japanese and Continental competition. The market was firm and yesterday’s values were fully maintained. Greasy merino made twentyone pence.
