“RIPPER” MURDERS

CHAUFFEUR ARRESTED. (United Press Association. —By Eiectrn Telegraph.—Copyright.) PRAGUE, Dec. 13. A chauffeur, named Joseph Inayer, has been arrested here on suspicion of being the perpetrator of the Dusseldorf “Ripper” murders, because his handwriting resembles that in the letter received by the parents of one of the “Ripper’s” victims. It is also thought that he hears a resemblance to the man who mojested a Dusscldorf woman. A previous cable stated that a farm labourer, George Nestov, had been airested with complicity in the Dusseldorf “Jack the Ripper” murders.
