AGITATION TO BAR HIM. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, December 14. Mr James Douglass,the editor pf the “Sunday. Express,” writes as follows to his paper: “As a eitizen, I call on the Home Secretary to forbid Carnerii to fight at the Albert Hall. A primitive giant like Camera who is incapable of self control should not be permitted to box for gate money. You might as well sell tickets for a fight between a man-eating tiger and a cow. ■ He might kill his opponent,, the referee, or one df his seconds.” Lord Lonsdale, interviewed by the same paper, speaking for the Boxing Board of Control, says: “We should not put him in the ring. He does not conform with our ideas of how a fighting man should beha/ve.
