In a strongly supported appeal to London, Premier Hamaguchi is protosting against Wakatsuki as unsuitable to represent Japan at the Naval Conference, because he is involved in a scandal at present under adjudication relating to the Government purchase of a private railway, when huge amounts were alleged to have been paid various legislators to secure the passage of the Bill, It is officially announced that the gold embargo will be raised on 1 Lih January.
