ALL GREY LOAN PROPOSALS
GRE Y MOUTH, Nov. 21. By practically a two to one majority, tiie ratepayers, at the poll taken yesterday, rejected the Borough Council’s loan proposals. The result of. the poll'did not occa T sion any surprise. The main interest centred in the Sewerage and Waterworks loan.
