The Governor-General, Lord Stonehaven’s speech indicated that an at* tempt will be made to improve the Federal Arbitration Act,, after a coherence'. bdtiveen the '.representatives of the employers and the employees. . r C f° The speech stuted that representatives of the Commonwealth would- attend the Five Power Naval Conference, which is to bo held, in Londqn. They will also attend .The Economic Conference.
