HUGE ALUMINIUM OUTPUT.

BERLIN, Nov. 18. A Commission Iron) Moscow has arrved to reorganise the Hessian aluminium industry. The Soviet Government proposes to spend three millions sterling for this purpose. Aluminium works are being built close to a great water power station at Dnjrostroz, which will eventually produce twenty million tons of aluminium per annum. Much of the plant is being purchased in Germany. WAPS AAV, Nov. 18.' The Russian Government has given an Upper Silesian foundry a contract for constitutional steel amounting to seven million dollars, which will lie expended over one year.
