(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.)
(Received this day at 12.25. p.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 13.
1 The press does not mention Ovey's appointment as anuiassador, at which disappointment is expressed in Soviet oin.iai rii'cles, because lie is a traditional diplomat, instead of someone fn closer personal touch with the Labour movement. Opinion is expressed that Ovey’s regime will not assist trade development, which w.ll continue in favour of the United States. It is revealed that the name of the proposed Russian ambassador was sent to London some clays ago to ascertain if he were a persona grata.
