THE HAGUE, Nov. 13
In the Dutch Second Chamber, M Knottenbolt declared that difficulties were being placed in the way of the Dutch air services between Holland and the Dutch East Indies by the British authorities in England and in India.
M. Knottenbolt spoke during a Ge•beate in the Second Chamber, and alleged that these difficulties were due to jealousy. He said that the Dutch services were working well, while the British services with other countries were still defective. He suggested that as air communication between Australia and other parts of the British Empire was inipossiblo without the co-operation of the Dutch East Indies, the application of the principle of reciprocity might have a useful efFee-t upon the attitude of the British Government.
