YOUNG BURGLARS

GISBORNE, November 13
During the past three weeks, seven burglaries in Gisborne have consider ably disturbed the minds of local resi dents. Goods, mostly money, and jewellery, to the value of about- £IBO, ha. 1 been taken a iso three revolvers and a quantity of ammunition. To-day, as the result of police investigations, three youths were arrested, and later they led the police to some flax hushes on Kaiti Hill, overlooking the town, where practically all of the stolen property was recovered, with the one exception of the money.
The accused, who are aged 17, 17, and 18 years, will appear before the court to-morrow.
