ARABS’ STRIKE. United Press Association—By Elecvn*Telegraph—Copyright). JERUSALEM, October 10. The one day general strike, decided on by the Arabs against the issue of new rules permitting of Jewish observances was carried out to-day. It was without incident. Most of the Jewish shops were kept open in Jerusalem, where the troops carried out route marches in the early morning.
The city, all day long, was almost dead.
