CHINESE BANDITS
PLUNDER JAP SHIP. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). . H,ONG KONG, September 21. After having shown no signs of activity for a year, the Bias Bay pirates, led' by a woman whose age is only 21 years, who can speak English, attacked a Japanese steamer, the Deli Maru, between Amoy and Hong Kong: Three Indians, guards of the vessel, were wounded, when the pirates shot at the vessel without warning. . The officers of the ship were overpowered, without resistance. The only booty was two thousand sterling in money and in jewellery taken from the passengers. This is the first Japanese ship ever to be attacked by the Bias Bay gang. i
