LONDON, Sept. 12. A terrific thunderstorm is reported on the Mediterranean Coast, inciud ing an unprecedented cyclone, which struck Toulon, causing enormous dam ago, unroofing bouses, and uprooting t flees. There are widespread floods. The casualties are believed to be heavy.
