Ramsay MacDonald’s visit has resulted in the admission in authoritative quarters here of agreement between the United States and Britain on the preliminary for a formal naval disarmament , conference, possibly in London, in Decemlmr, after the views of Javanese, French and Italian Governments have been ascertained.
