A trial which is proceeding at Tiszagng, reveals wholesale poisoning by a woman of her husband and other male relatives.
Numerous exhumations have been ordered, with a view to finding traces of arsenic.
It seems that poisoning has become widely practised as side-lines among midwives and nurses in Tisza Basin. In most cases the object of the crimes was to secure property and in others the eternal triangle was apparently the cause.
