Pember Reeves (Chairman) said he regretted to-notice the attacks on banks trading- in the Dominion, lie had no authority to speak for other banks, but it had been a settled policy of the National Bank to help the primary producers ih New Zealand in every legitimate way. The National Bank had a large connection with the primary producers and very many solid valued members of th section off the people were among th Bank’s clients.
