Sir James and Lady Parr gave a dance and reception at Mayfair Hotel. There were five hundred guests, includ. ing the High Commissioners of the other Dominions, Agents-General, representatives of Boards of Education. Trade, Foreign Office, London Provin cial Chambers df Commerce, and also Lord Passfiold and Airs Webb.
