GERMANY'S ACCEPTANCE. OF EXPERTS RECO-M MEND AT I'ONS (United Press Association.—B} Electric Telegraph.- -Copyright.) (Received tins dav at 8 a.m.) BERLIN, June 23. Germany's acceptance of the reparations experts recommendations as a basis of the Conference, was formally announced by Hilferding, Minister off Finance in the Reichstag, in the absence of Herr Stresemann, owing to ah attack of arterial cramp in the legs. Hilferding added that he expected there would he a conference to liquid-' ate all outstanding questions relating tr> the world war, but the German Government would receive full liberty as regards its deliberations.
