At the resumed inquest on Vera Sidney,’ Sir Bernard Spilsbury expressed the opinion that death was due to synr cope, caused by acute arsenical poisoning. The last and fatal dose was taken in food at least twenty-four hours before death. The inquest was adjourned. PRINCE OF WALES. HIS 35TH BIRTHDAY. (British Official Wireless.) He spent it in the country at Sunningdale. but during the morning drove to Windsor to see the King and Queen. KING’S CORONATION ANNIVERSARY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received this day at 12.25. p.m.) RUGBY, June 23. Yesterday was the eighteenth anniversary of King’s coronation. It was marked in London by the firing of a Royal salute in Hyde Park and by the flying of flags from public buildings. At naval ports ships were dressed over all and salutes fired.
