IN DIVORCE. .Margaret Taylor Wright v: Hoyden Wright, motion for decree absolute. Mr Alurdoeh for petitioner. His 'Honour granted the application, the decrop being made absolute, with custody of one child.
Margaret Russ v. Frederick AVrn. Russ, for dissolution of marriage. Mr Alurdoeh appeared for the petitioner. Respondent did not appear. Alargaret Russ, the petitioner, gave evidence that she resided at Heropo. fine was married on October 30th, 1922. i<> Frederick Wm. Russ, oF Camerons, farmer.at Greymouth. Livod at Gladstone Siding witji her husband. The issue of the marriage was two children, a boy and a girl. Oil Bth January, 1926, they had a quarrel, and they agreed to separate and. she went home to her mother. She had not seen him since. She had lately been living at Herepo. They had separated once before, but her husb'-'nd persuaded her to go back. On the hist occasion her husband had struck her and told her to go her way and ho would go his. She had since maintained herself. 'Had not Keen him or received anv money from him. She was horn at Rimu and was 23 years of age. Her husband was born in New Zealand. John Francis Cooper, gave evidence that ho was a sawmiller, residing at Gladstone Siding. He was father of petitioner. He knew that his daughter and Russ agreed to separate in January, 1926.
A decree nisi ivjis granted to he made absolute after three months, costs to be paid by respondent according to scale. IN BANKRUPTCY. Thomas Vincent, of Ross, labourer, application for discharge. Air Murdoch for applicant. No objection was offered. 1 Discharge granted. Arthur Henry Lyes, of Kokatahi, farmer, application for discharge. Afr Murdoch for applicant. No objection was offered. The discharge was'granted.
