' 'Hie “Times” Paris correspondent states: The Permanent Traffic Committee has decided to abolish four further tramway lines traversing the heavy traffic centres, and is substituting motor omnibuses, as part of a general scheme to scrap the trams on the main routes. M. Jayot. the Director, of traffic, says that wherever possible, luises will he substituted for trams, which will gradually he restricted to the outer suburbs.
