COMMUNIST ENVOYS VISIT ALDERSHOT. (United Press Association.—By Electric . Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, April 7. Clad in a Russian uniform, and wearing red armlets, a number ol Communists, three of whom wore British war medals, including two women, arrived at Aldershot from Poplar in a motor coach carrying a huge number of circulars entitled “Communist Party’s message to the forces,” which they started, to distribute to the accompaniment of the singing of “The Red Flag.” Many of the soldiers refused to accept the leaflets, and others tore them up and threw the pieces in the faces of the Communists. Eventually an angry crowd of soldiers and civilians gathered about the three Communists, necessitating the intervention of both the civilian and military police, who escorted the communists to the Police Station, where they were interrogated, and were allowed to depart from Aldershot. COMMUNISTS RIOT. 12 INJURED. (Received this day at 9. a.mY BUCHAREST, April 8. Twelve Communists were severely injured, a dozen slightly hurt, and two hundred and fifty arrested at Reinesvaar. where Communists tried to organise a demonstration at the funeral o'! a colleague, whose body was so decomposed that the authorities ordered instant burial. The Communists barricaded themselves in a Club and fired revolvers at the police, wlio'.clearcd tin* Cluli, seized and forthwith buried the coffin.
