Alt AII UR A FAT STOCK SALE. Messrs M. Houston and Co. report: At yesterday’s sale at the above yards, our entry consisted of 33 fat sheep and 42 head of fat cattle. There was a smaller attendance of buyers and competition was therefore not so keen as at recent sales, although the full yarding was cleared at satisfactory prices. Good ox and heifer beef realized to 42s per hundred, whilst eow heel sold from 35s to 38s per hundred. We sold as follows: On account of Jno. Donovan. 6 wethers at 30s, 12 lambs at 21s Dd; on account of T. AY. Butler, 7 fat sheep at 28s Gd, 8 fat lambs at 25s lid; on account of D. Bradley. 2 weaner pigs at 12s; on account of W. A. Jamieson, 2 bullocks at £l4 12s Gd, 2 at £l2 12s Gd, 2 at £ls, 1 at £l3 17s (id, 2 at £ll 15s; on account of M. Patrick, 3 cows at £ll 17s Gd, 1 at £7 10s, 1 stag at £7 17s (id ; on account of T. Staines, 1 vealer at £3 2s 6d. 3 at £2 10s, 2 heifers at £6 1.7 s Gd, 2 cows at £8 15s, 3 at £9 17s Gd, 3 at £:) 10s, G heifers at £5 10s, 3 cows at £B, 17 20-mos store steers at £5 10.; on account of Mrs Toker, 1 cow at £G 10s; on account of client, 2 cows at £G 10s.
