BRUSSELS, March 8

M. M. Huysmans declared that there were spits all over Belgium. M. Jasper replied that Belgium had to defend herself against foreign espionage which poisoned the atmosphere, no hoped that their friendly relations with Holland would remain undisturbed by these detestable acts.
