Tho indications are for variable and moderate breezes turning to northerly moderate to strong and ifreshening. There is prospects of fair weather, but later the weather will become cloudy and unsettled with rain following; cool conditions will prevail for a time though it will probably become warmer. The barometer is rising slowly, later it will commence to fall slowly. Seas and tides moderate.
