PRIME MINISTER
FEELING VERY FIT. (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, March 6. Looking fit and well, the Prime .Minister (Right lion Sir Joseph Ward) returned to Wellington to-night from his visit to 'Gisborne and Napier. The trip was a particularly arduous one, involving six days of continuous travel. Yet throughout the journey Sir Joseph Ward showed not the slightest sign of fatigue. “I have never felt better in may life,” the Prime Minister said. “The visit was not a political one,” he added, “and the maimer in which I was received was therefore the more gratifying. I am satisfied from the expressions coming to hand from all over the country, that tTierc is a desire on the part of the bulk of the people that the new Government should have a fair opportunity to put its policy into operation.”
