EXAMINATION OF A SUSPECT. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Jan. 21. The police interrogation of the man Thomas in- relation to the garage murder has been one of the longest in the history of crime. It began on Friday afternoon and ended on Sunday, when two detectives arrived to take hack Thomas to Manchester. In connection with the missing motor ear, it is understood that the witnesses failed to identify Thomas as the man seen talking to Mcssiter. Miss Hainhedon, a golden-haired woman, was questioned, and then returned to her home.
