SUICIDE IN SAMOA.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICIAL. (By Telegraph —-Pre.se Association). AUCKLAND, January 21. Captain R. J. Carter, the head of the Samoan Labour Department, arrived here by the Tofua to-day.
