BOWLING.
/ In connection, with the excursion of I ttie Corsair' Social Club' from Christ--1 church on Saturday, a rink from the Seiner Bowling Club is coming over, and will play a game with aJ rink from the local Club. It is not yet known whether th<*re will be any other rinks and the team will therefore not be selected until; Saturday afternoon, from those players available. Entries for the West Coast Bowling tournament which close on Saturday evening, are now coming to hand. There will be quite a. number of entries from outside the West Coast and the capabilities of the local green, mil apparently be overtaxed necessitating the Splaying of the overflow on the Greymouth green, until the semi-finals are completed.
