SYDNEY, Oct, 19. . .Premier Ravin 'announces that a Royal Commission will he appointed to investigate the charges by Lang reflecting upon the propriety of tbe Savings Banks Commissoners having work done by outside legal firms, alleging that one of these, dress and Cocks, traded in second mortgages and there was a gambling in mortgages. Those charges wore warmly denied by Mr Ravin.
