In the mixed doubles, Mrs Harper and Gregory defeated Mrs E. V. Hester (New York) and Thalheimer 0-3, 7-5; M.rs S. A. H. Chaplin and Dr Springfield defeated -Mrs William Edicott (Boston) and Landry (France). Brugnon and Cochot’s victory over Washburn and Williams (5-3, -1-0, 6-1, 6-1, makes the semi-final draw for tomorrow lirugnon and C'ochet against Lott and Hennessey and Hnwkes and Patterson against Van Ryan and Allison.
