WEST COAST RUGBY UNION.
Ihe West Coast Rugby Union met last, evening at Creymouth. The Canterbury Union advised that they were sending their rep. team to the Coast.—lt was resolved to suggest the date of match at Bth September and same he played at Hokitika. 'The Alerivale Club advised that as Canterbury were sending their rep. team to the Coast, their visit would not eventuate this year. It was resolved that the President, Secretary, and Air Kyle be appointed a sub-committee to deal with the Canterbury visit.The New Zealand Union requested the West Coast Union to appoint a referee I’or the All Ulnek match. It was resolved to ask Muller to appoint a selector to act in conjunction with Mr Adams to pick the combined team to play All Blacks. It was resolved to ask Blakctown Club to play Boss as a curtain-raiser ■for the All Black match. Westland Union to he notified by Thursday. The Star Club are to he written to asking for an explanation for not fulfilling last Saturday’s fixture. It was resolved that the selectors he advised not to consider any player for the coming rep matches if they do not play in club fixtures. It was resolved to ask the Railway Department to run a special train to Christchurch in connection with the All Black-Warn tabs match, and tr start the train from Hokitika. SATUB DA Y ' S FIXTUB ES.
